I visit a new yoga retreat in Ibiza for relaxing, raw food & raving!
It's that time of the year when we start thinking about booking a healthy holiday! So here's one I'd love to share with you. You know how much I love Ibiza so when I was invited to visit the new Mind, Body, Retreats for a few days last October, I jumped on that 'plane as fast as security would allow. What I didn't expect, apart from the awesome yoga, was relaxing, raw food & raving.........
10 Top Tips to avoid piling on the pounds over Christmas - and what to do if you have!
We're likely to eat a shocking 6000 calories on Christmas Day, as well as an extra 500 calories every day on the run-up to the holiday, which starts earlier and earlier each year. By the time we reach New Year's Eve, we could be wearing an extra 5lbs around our tummy..........
Magical Marrakech, take a spare suitcase!

Bournemouth, Part 2. A great mini-break out of season.
Being England, it alternated between cold, lashing rain and somewhere that resembled the French Riviera. However, we found plenty of really awesome things to do, apart from eating and drinking, whatever the weather was doing, so I am putting this destination on my "great places to go out of season" along with Rye, Hastings and, of course, Brighton where I live!
Goodwood Revival, 2017.
We were unlucky, for my first Goodwood Revival, torrential rain showers, wind & mud on the first day of this famous 3 day Festival! Everyone dresses in vintage for this important date in the calendar - some wisely put carrier bags around their vintage shoes! So glad I took my 50s coat and wore little pink socks to keep my footsies warm. As for my hair, the gorgeous housewife curls I had done especially for the day, drooped within a couple of hours!
